I recently stayed at Hostal Linar for 5 nights while exploring the historic center of town. The location is excellent, with Maria Pita main square just a short walk away. The hostel is surrounded by great bars and restaurants, and there's even a craft beer bar just around the corner. The room was comfortable, with good single beds and a nice bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast, though simple, was delicious and affordable. The internet connection was reliable, and the owner and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. On our last day, they even let us use another room to store our luggage and freshen up after a day at the beach. We were very grateful for their kindness and hospitality.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The hostel was located in the historic center of town, surrounded by bars and restaurants. It was just a short walk to the main square. the rooms were comfortable with good beds and a good bathroom with a great shower. there was a simple breakfast available for purchase at a good price, and the internet was reliable. the staff were kind and helpful with local tips.
The noise outside the hostel could be loud at times, which might disturb light sleepers. the Wi-Fi signal did not always reach the top floor very well.

The place is a great option for those who want to save money. The staff was accommodating and made sure our stay was pleasant. The unique meals offered in the restaurant were amazing. The room was spacious and clean. It has an ideal, centralized location in the city with excellent public transportation. It is near all the shops and tour destinations.
It wasn't the most tranquil place we have stayed in. The outside noise can be heard within the room.
